Tilmann Feltes

Tilmann FELTES has been a Desk Officer for the Sub-Saharan Africa Team of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung since 2018. He coordinates the Regional Programs Climate and Energy, based in Sub-Saharan Africa. From 2015 to 2017 he was a trainee in the foundation’s country office South Africa. After studying politics with a focus on International Relations in Freiburg, Bochum and Dundee / UK, he worked as a project assistant at the KAS Partner Democracy Development Program (DDP) and as a lecturer and PhD student at the Urban Futures Center in Durban / South Africa.
