Gwynne Taraska

Gwynne Taraska is the associate director of Energy and Environment Policy at American Progress. Her recent work has focused on issues in international climate negotiations and finance, including carbon pricing, the Paris Agreement, North American climate cooperation, multilateral climate funds, and the topic of loss and damage. Taraska has a Ph.D. from the University of Washington, where she specialized in symbolic logics. She was previously the research director of the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy at George Mason University.
