Mr. Robert-jan Scheer

I lead the strategic policy development in the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs related to Africa. Prior to this position I worked on international trade, corporate social responsibility and agriculture and food security. Before that I pioneered our work on public private partnerships and institutional development. Prior to joining the ministry I worked in Bolivia, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Zambia.
