The theme of the Conference will be Climate and Security in the Caribbean Region: A Roadmap to Resilience and it will bring together technical experts, practitioners and policymakers from across the English, Dutch, French and Spanish speaking in the areas of climate change, disaster risk management and regional security.  The Conference will provide a space for reflection on the key issues related to climate and security in the Caribbean region.
