Hamdard holds a Master degree in Environmental Science from Delft Institute for Water Education (https://www.un-ihe.org/), He has over 10 years of working experience in total, He worked as lecturer at IHE-Delft for 5 years, and is now Senior Adviser with the Ministry of Agriculture in Afghanistan.
