James Ellsmoor

Ellsmoor co-founded Solar Head of State with the goal of raising awareness of solar power by installing free solar systems on government buildings and the homes of world leaders. James is passionate about climate change advocacy and international environmental policy and is particularly interested in promoting renewable energy infrastructure systems in rural communities.
