Emanuele Fantini

Emanuele Fantini is Senior Researcher at the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft. He holds a PhD in Political Sciences and an European Master in Human Rights and Democratization. Being also associated to the University of Oxford-Programme in comparative media law and policy, Emanuele coordinate the projects “Open Water Diplomacy. Media, science and water cooperation in the Nile basin”. Emanuele has been working both long term and consultancy positions for international development cooperation agencies (Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), multilateral institutions (UN Habitat), local authorities and NGOs, in Ethiopia, South-Sudan, Kenya, Morocco, Serbia, and Myanmar.
