Ms. Shreya Mitra

Shreya’s interests include: understanding the links between climate change, conflict and fragility; natural resource governance; urban resilience, conflict-sensitive adaptation, development and humanitarian responses. She is a contributing author to the 2015 report, A new climate for peace: Taking action on climate and fragility risks, commissioned by the G7 foreign ministries. She has field experience in Bangladesh, Egypt, India, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Myanmar, Nepal and South Sudan. Shreya holds an MSc in Development Studies from LSE and a BA in Political Science from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
