Robert-Jan Scheer

Robert leads the strategic policy development in the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs related to Africa. Prior to this position he worked on international trade, corporate social responsibility and agriculture and food security. Before that, Robert-Jan pioneered their work on public private partnerships and institutional development. Prior to joining the ministry he worked in Bolivia, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Zambia.
